The Faces Behind OOTB

The OOTB Consulting Group team at “The Edit,” an OOTB signature event that connects local business owners with relevant business consultants.

If you’re looking for the heartbeat of OOTB, you’re looking for Sneha. But before she was a marketing visionary, she was a wealth-building enthusiast.

Sneha originally launched OOTB as an entrepreneurial development platform to teach the things she’s most passionate about: the stock market, credit cards, trading, and real estate. But while watching her clients build their portfolios, she had a "lightbulb" moment: You can have the best product in the world, but without marketing, you’re just the world’s best-kept secret.

"I quickly realized that marketing is the heart of every successful business," she says. Today, she’s pivoted OOTB into a marketing consulting powerhouse that doesn’t just chase "likes", it builds empires for small and mid-sized businesses.

The "Vacation Test"

For Sneha, true success is not just about numbers on a spreadsheet, though she enjoys those as well. For her, it all comes down to freedom.

"I find true success when a business owner can take time off for weeks and not worry about operations or marketing. I want to give people the opportunity to make real, lasting wealth."

Inside the Mind of the CEO

The 5-Year-Old Pitch: "I help people find what they love and earn money from it."

The 2026 Must-Have Tool: In a world of flashy Artificial Intelligence, Sneha stays grounded in the truth: Data Analytics & Dashboards. "If we don’t know what’s working and what’s not, why are we even implementing campaigns?" If you aren't tracking the data, you’re just guessing, and Sneha doesn't play guessing games with her clients' futures.

The "Genesis" Goal: With the launch of the Genesis platform, Sneha is on a mission to bridge the gap for "Creative Entrepreneurs." You know the ones that are brilliant at their craft, but maybe a little lost on the "business" side. "If I can help a few students find clarity and direction, then Genesis is a success,” she says.

Her Favorite Project: Calypso Hut

When asked about her most exciting project, Sneha doesn't hesitate: Calypso Hut. "This one was personal," she admits. She personally monitored every detail to turn a manual, hands-on business into a systemized machine. She gave the owner the ultimate gift: the ability to walk away and trust the process.

The "Off-Duty" Stats

  • Favourite Movie: Ratatouille

  • The Power Song: Folded by Kehlani

  • The Secret Quirk: Sneha’s portfolio includes more than stocks. She collects teddy bears, too. Every visionary deserves a little softness.

  • Favourite Pastime: Getting lost in a good book.

Sneha’s Message

If you’re holding onto a dream but fear is keeping you grounded, Sneha has some no-nonsense advice for you: "Don’t get too caught up in the planning process. Be adaptable, be agile, and just start implementing. The world moves too fast to wait for 'perfect’.

Meet Pravarthini: Human Resources Manager

For most, the office is just a desk. For Pravarthini, it’s an atmosphere. "Going to the OOTB office is like going on a first date," she says. It’s all about that spark of potential and high-energy excitement.

She has always leaned towards the people's side of things.  Pravarthini is the heartbeat of OOTB operations. She doesn’t just manage tasks; she manages the morale that makes the work possible. Her philosophy is simple:  happy teams make happy clients.

The "Why" Behind the Work

Where others check boxes, Pravarthini seeks meaning. She draws her energy from OOTB’s open conversations, where every voice adds value.

"My purpose is to ensure the team has the best experience possible. I believe that our internal energy reflects directly on the work we deliver to our clients."

The "5-Year-Old" Pitch: The Cat Theory

How does she explain strategy and HR to a 5-year-old?

"At other places, they give you crayons and tell you to colour the cat. At OOTB, I ask: 'Why do you want to colour the cat? And would you actually be happier colouring a dog?" It’s not just about doing the work; it’s about making sure it’s the right work.

Favourite Project: Genesis

As a self-proclaimed "learning nerd," the Genesis platform is her most exciting project to date. "I love studying in the weirdest ways," she admits. "The opportunity to build the very tools that other people will eventually study is insane to me."

The Off-Duty Stats

  • Favourite Movie: The Devil Wears Prada ( Yes, she will be watching Part 2 soon)

  • Power Song: Opalite (and yes, she is a proud Swiftie.)

  • The Secret Quirk: She is a book wrapper. As soon as she buys a new book, she must wrap it.

Pravarthini’s Message

A devoted fan of the book, The Secret, Pravarthini believes in manifesting your dreams—but only if you lay the groundwork first. She trusts the law of attraction, yet knows the universe waits for action. Her advice: dream big, then get moving.

Meet Victoria Silvera: Client Relations Manager

If you want to see what Out of the Box really means, meet Victoria. Originally from Windsor, Ontario, she moved to Toronto with medical school in her sights. Armed with degrees in Forensic Science, Biochemistry, and Clinical Trial Management, she chose to follow her true passion instead.

Victoria’s heart beats for business and for music. As a part-time DJ, she channels her father’s Jamaican roots into every set. Her shows have lit up Tokyo and New York, and soon she’ll spin in Miami, the Bahamas, and across the US.

Victoria was among the first to join OOTB’s mission. Now in Client Relations, she lays the groundwork for every client, ensuring a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience. Her goal: to turn the leap from idea to execution into a beautiful experience, so clients feel at home from day one.

The "5-Year-Old" Pitch:

How does a DJ and Client Relations specialist explain her day to a child? "I am a professional smile-maker. I spend my day making people happy and making sure they have everything they need to be successful."

The Synergy of the Room

What fuels Victoria’s drive? It’s the spark of collaboration that ignites behind OOTB’s doors. "It’s everyone I work with," she says. "When we sit in a room together, and all our fresh ideas start to collide, presenting that to a client is the best feeling. Whenever we are in a room together, it’s just good."

The Off-Duty Stats

  • Favourite Movie: White Chicks

  • Power Song: All Me by Drake

  • The Secret Quirk: Every time she DJs, she brings a Jamaican flag with her to honour her roots.

Victoria’s Message

Victoria proves you never have to pick just one path. You can be a scientist, a DJ, and a business leader, all at the same time.

Meet Ornab Olindo: Data Analyst

Ornab doesn’t just see numbers; he sees stories. With an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and a background in SQL development, Ornab spent years as a software engineer mastering the language of machines. But eventually, he realized his true calling wasn't just building software, it was Data Science.

Born in Australia, raised in Bangladesh, and now a key player in Toronto, Ornab brings a global perspective to the OOTB lab. Why the shift to data? "I’ve always noticed the small things," he says. "Data analytics is simply the art of making better decisions based on those observations."

The Technical Soul of the Family

Ornab joined OOTB after hearing about Sneha’s vision and realized he could be the bridge between human experience and technical precision. By using KPIs and market research, he ensures that every marketing move OOTB makes is backed by hard evidence.

But for Oli, OOTB isn't just a workplace. "It’s become family. Everyone on this team takes pride in what we do. It’s not just a job anymore; it’s about building a legacy together."

The "5-Year-Old" Pitch: Seeing is Believing

How does a Data Scientist make his world come alive for a child? Ornab prefers to show rather than tell. "I'd show them a project like Mr. Puffs. I take everything that happened over a whole year, put it into a picture, and show the owners exactly what they need to do to make people even happier."

Fueled by Small Business Success

Ornab finds his spark in watching businesses flourish and expand. That sense of growth is what drives his every move. "Working with small businesses to help them stay profitable and build their technical infrastructure from the ground up motivates me. We take care of the data so they can focus on their passion" he says.

The "Off-Duty" Stats

  • Favorite Movie: The Secret Life of Walter Mitty

  • Power Song: The Trooper by Iron Maiden

  • The Secret Quirk: When Oli’s hungry, he checks the fridges seventeen hundred times as if something new will appear.

Ornab’s Message

Ornab’s philosophy on business is simple and comforting. If you are stressed about the "how," he has one thing to say: "Worry about your business,  your craft, your passion, and your people. Everything else will follow.”

Meet Navneet Kaur: Head of Event Coordination

Before she was crafting high-level events, Navneet was commanding the volleyball court. Having represented her state in India four times at the national level, she knows exactly what it takes to perform under pressure.

In 2023, she brought that competitive edge to Canada, traded the volleyball for an event planning diploma, and landed at OOTB. Why events? "Every day feels different," she says. "I love creating moments that stick with people. Knowing that something I built made someone happy is what keeps me going."

The Power of the Story

As the Head of Event Coordination, Navneet’s job goes far beyond booking venues and checking lists. She focuses on the feeling of a space. She shapes experiences from the raw idea stage to the final execution, ensuring every detail aligns with the story OOTB is trying to tell. "It’s not just about logistics. I focus on how people feel the very second they step into a space we’ve created."

The "5-Year-Old" Pitch: The Party Pro

How do you explain event coordination and brand experiences to a kid? "I organize the best birthday parties in the world, but for business people!"

Project Spotlight: “The Edit”

If you want to see Navneet’s heart in action, look at “The Edit.” Now in its third edition, this project is her "baby." She pitched the idea naturally to the team, and watching it grow from a single concept into a recurring, successful experience has been her proudest moment at OOTB.

"Seeing a concept I’ve been working on finally come together in real life is the ultimate reward. It reminds me exactly why I started this journey."

The Off-Duty Stats

  • Favourite Show: His and Hers

  • Power Song: Coming soon, Navneet is picking the perfect anthem.

  • The Secret Quirk: She mindlessly scrolls on social media for hours, but with a twist. She watches everything at 2x speed. Tiktoks, videos, reels, if it’s not twice as fast, it’s too slow.

Navneet’s Message

Navneet believes a great team is built on transparency and the ability to take a "set" and turn it into a "spike." Her advice? "Be honest with yourself and your team. If you can handle honest feedback and face criticism with a smile, you can execute anything."

Meet Rivelle: The Creative Lead and Content Craft

While some people see a marketing campaign as a series of slides, Rivelle sees it as a film. With a degree in filmmaking from the University of the Philippines, Rivelle’s heart has always been in the director’s chair. From scriptwriting to working with a crew, her passion lies in the narrative, the "why" behind every frame.

A self-proclaimed high-achiever since she was a kid, Rivelle is fueled by the hard work of her parents, who inspired her to turn her creative dreams into a career. Today, she uses that drive to handle design and production at OOTB, specializing in UI/UX, animation, and editing.

The "Trendsetter" Philosophy

Rivelle doesn’t just follow what’s popular on social media; she aims to build something new. "My message about OOTB is simple: Don't just follow the trends, create your own narrative. We are a team that isn’t afraid to try new things, and that inclusivity is what makes us special."

The "5-Year-Old" Pitch: The Video Maker

How does a filmmaker explain UI/UX and production to a kid? "I make really cool videos and pictures that people love to watch on their phones!"

Project Spotlight: Calypso Hut

Rivelle’s favorite project so far? Calypso Hut. As a major "foodie," working on restaurant content is a dream come true. "There is so much room to play with the creatives there," she says. "Plus, it always makes me hungry!"

The Off Duty Stats

  • Favorite Movie: Parasite

  • Power Song: Anything by BTS or Coldplay

  • The Secret Quirk: Rivelle treats her bedroom like a 5-star spa. From high-quality mattresses to essential oils and perfect curtains. She knows that a creative mind needs a great nap.

Rivelle’s Message

Rivelle believes that the strength of a team lies in its leadership and mutual support. Her advice to those starting out: "You are motivated when your team members root for you instead of criticizing you. Surround yourself with people who value respect and honest leadership. When you have that foundation, you can create anything."

Meet Katharine: Administrative Intern

Most high school students are just trying to survive calculus, but Katherine is busy drafting project proposals and re-envisioning the future of business. Originally from St. Catharines (yes, she was named after her birthplace!), Catherine’s heart was first set on the fashion world.

Everything changed when she joined the DECA team at school. Competing in business challenges ignited a spark she didn’t know she had. Now, she has her sights set on the high-fashion consulting industry, proving that a sharp business mind has no age limit.

The Team Dynamic Shift

Before OOTB, Katharine was working for another consulting firm in the same building. She thought she could juggle both, but the difference was night and day. "The environment at OOTB was the complete opposite of what I was used to. I felt so much more involved here. After a team dinner, I had a deep conversation with Sneha and Pravarthini about their own entrepreneurial journeys, and it just aligned perfectly with my values."

The Evolution of Genesis

Katharine started as an administrative intern but quickly moved into the Genesis project. She’s been a key voice in marketing and strategy meetings, even drafting the project proposal herself. Watching Genesis evolve from a tiny brainstorm into a massive launch has been the highlight of her time at OOTB.

The Off Duty Stats

  • Favorite Movie: The Notebook (she’s a true romantic)

  • Power Song: “Model Actress” by Suki Waterhouse, and of course, Taylor Swift.

  • The Secret Quirk: She doesn’t just like pickles, she’ll drink the juice straight from the jar.

At the heart of this collaboration is OOTB (Out of the Box), a collective built on the belief that conventional problems deserve unconventional solutions. We aren’t just a group of specialists; we are a power team that bridges the gap between high-level strategy and relentless execution.

By fusing deep operational expertise with disruptive marketing creativity, we provide the dual-engine support businesses need to thrive in 2026's volatile global market. As we continue to scale, we are intentionally growing our ranks with intelligent, out-of-the-box thinkers who challenge the status quo and prioritize "Information Gain" over generic outputs.

With OOTB, you aren't just hiring a service provider—you’re gaining an intellectual partner committed to moving your business forward with speed, precision, and a touch of the unexpected.
